Kenergia, a ten-year development plan

Kenergia is an operating holding company directly engaged in the analysis, development, and design of “utility scale” photovoltaic plants.

We have drawn up a 10-year development plan in line with the objectives of the National Integrated Energy and Climate Plan and are committed to supporting all hypotheses for simplifying the process of obtaining the permits necessary for the construction of plants.

At Kenergia, we are in charge of following the entire development phase of ground-mounted photovoltaic systems, from finding a suitable area for installation to obtaining all necessary permits for the construction and operation of the system.

Ours are co-development activities together with leading industrial partners, national and international, who share with us our vision and working methodology.

What do we do

ORIGINATION

1

We are looking for land suitable for the development of photovoltaic systems (scouting)
2

Let's first analyze the area
3

We take care of agreements with landowners (sales options or preliminary contracts for the establishment of surface rights)
4

We draw up an in-depth pre-feasibility study to be submitted to potential investors with whom to co-develop the plant

DEVELOPMENT

1

Request for connection to the medium or high voltage electricity grid
2

We manage and take care of relations with Terna and / or E-distribution
3

We draw up all the documentation necessary to carry out the environmental screening and to request the Environmental Impact Assessment
4

We start and manage the authorization process with the competent authorities
